RWE Stoen Operator in numbers
RWE Stoen Operator is the Distribution System Operator (DSO) in Warsaw. Although the network is not geographically extensive, it supplies electricity to over 900 thousand customers. Performing multiple modernisations and investments in new facilities we have the most modern distribution network in Poland that can meet the growing demands of our customers. Some numbers as of beginning of 2007are presented below:
Power lines:
- 220 kV (HV) overhead lines: 8 km
- 110 kV (HV) overhead lines: 412 km (expressed in single circuit equivalent length)
- Cable: 40 km
- 15 kV (MV) overhead lines: 303 km
- Cable: 5,956 km
- 0.4 kV (LV) overhead lines: 1390 km
- Cable: 6,685 km
Power substations with primary voltage of:
- 220 kV: 1
- 110 kV: 33
- 15 kV: 5,558
Due to the development of Warsaw conurbation the data presented above is constantly changing, the network is being continually expanded and modernised, allowing high standard of energysupply to all our customers to be maintained.
RWE Stoen Operator has a round-the-clock highly professional Emergency Repair Service, so the necessary repairs can be performed in the shortest time possible.
