IRiESD – Distribution Network Operating Manual

According to Art. 9g. of the Energy Law (Dz.U.06.89.625 with subsequent amendments) the Distribution system Operator (DSO is required to develop the distribution network operating manual. The instruction governs, among others, the following areas: 

• Connections to the network of RWE Stoen Operator;
• Technical requirements for equipment, installations and networks;
• Criteria for safe operation of the power system;
• Collaboration between power systems operators;
• Transmission of information between energy companies and between the energy companies and customers;
• Qualitative parameters of electric energy;
• System users service quality standards.
